Hey, it’s Roxi Jane and welcome my site. If you’re here that must mean… honestly I’m not sure what it means, but welcome nonetheless.

I believe music is deeply embedded in us and I think that’s why i create, or feel the urge to create. Create for the sake of creating. it’s something that was intended on bringing us together. i’m at a cafe right now listening to “come as you are” by nirvana and that about sums this up. come exactly as you are, enjoy some art, poetry, and the strange thing i call my brain. OH! and if you happen to get inspired, well, my work here is done.

I just released my debut album, Delusional Baby. I’m so excited that I finally get to share my inner-most, traumatic, delusional, heartbroken, rage filled, angst thoughts with the world. I’m re-reading that and it sounds so sarcastic… i don’t think even I understand how excited I am that I get to share this with everyone. Oh delusional baby… my first baby.

Lastly I want to just say how grateful I am for music. Someone once told me that if “you take care of music, it will take care of you back”. Oh I hope so, but like any toxic relationship… I’d hold onto her no matter how much she breaks my heart.

I love music, i love how it connects me with strangers, heals my soul, makes me want to live and most importantly how it brings us all together.
